The BHS Preschool Summer Program features qualified, caring teachers and fully equipped preschool classrooms. Children in our summer program enjoy neighborhood playground trips, and special guests and trips each week, and can play in our air-conditioned classrooms, or enjoy outdoor water play, too!

To add to the fun, each week has a different theme for exploration. Pack a lunch and a water bottle daily - we provide snack and water and (our favorite) Friday "Shabbatsicles" for a cool approach to each summer's hot Shabbat.

Featured trips and visitors include Gymstars, Super Soccer Stars, Gavin's Farm Petting Zoo, My Little Pizzeria, Magic Evan, Spellbound Puppetry, and more! Camp t-shirts provided, too!

Kids who stay for full days will have a brief rest time and a whole new set of great activities like yoga, cooking, and trips outside to play.

All children who have been enrolled at BHS Preschool for the 2023-24 school year may attend! Children not enrolled in BHS must turn three before beginning camp.

Don't worry if you have a younger child coming to BHS Preschool next year... We will have a Summer Twos camp that meets three mornings a week ready for sign up in February. Those entering Blue and Aqua will have a drop off camp and we are arranging drop in play for those still under two!

MAGIC - ABRACADABRA!
A magical week with a magic show by our BHS Preschool favorite – Magic Evan!

WEEK 2. June 24-28
AMAZING ANIMALS
A visit from the Gavin Farm Petting Zoo... We love a visit from animals here at BHS Preschool!

WEEK 3. July 1-5 (closed on Thursday, July 4)
TRAINS - CHOO CHOO!
A visit to the Transit Museum and lots of train play.

WEEK 4. July 8-12
PUPPETRY with SPELLBOUND
CLOSED FOR YELLOW ROOM STUDENTS (OLDER TWOS)
Join guest artists from Spellbound for a week of learning and playing with puppets! Let's do a show!

WEEK 5. July 15-19
SUPERHEROES - MEET OUR LOCAL HEROES
CLOSED FOR YELLOW AND BLUE ROOM STUDENTS (OLDER TWOS + YOUNGER THREES)
It's superhero week so find your inner super hero with costumes and super-play then visit some real life heroes at the fire station and enjoy the excitement of a visit from a police car and an ice cream truck!

WEEK 6. July 22-26
CLOSED FOR YELLOW, BLUE, AQUA and APPLE ROOM STUDENTS (OLDER TWOS + THREES)
WHAT'S COOKING?
Stir up some delicious recipes for chef week when we will go for a "make your own pizza party" at My Little Pizzeria.

COTTON CANDY CARNIVAL
CLOSED FOR YELLOW ROOM STUDENTS (OLDER TWOS)
Carnival week is a BHS Preschool tradition to finish off our camp season. We will make our own carnival games, whip up some cotton candy, and enjoy an amazing bouncy castle! We know how to celebrate summer!
