Placing a memorial plaque in our sanctuary can provide a measure of comfort and a bridge to the future. By doing so, you will create a permanent commemoration and help the synagogue as well.

To order, please complete this form with your payment of $500. Please remember that the creation of a plaque can take up to 12 weeks and even longer during the fall holidays.
