Part 1 - Advanced Review of Grammar and Vocabulary

Thursdays, 11:30am-12:00 noon, beginning Thursday, October 21

This 30 minute session is devoted to practicing aloud written exercises that review verbal roots, binyanim, pronoun suffixes as attached to nouns and verbs, and the most frequently utilized vocabulary in Hebrew.

Part 2 - Advanced Readings from the Gesher Book Series. 

Thursdays, 12:00-12:45pm, beginning Thursday, October 21

The Gesher Hebrew Series was produced by the Jewish Agency and is designed to provide graded assisted reading in Hebrew for different ages for a range of levels, while retaining the essence of the original literary work, and is recommended for schools, colleges, and independent study of Modern Hebrew. With the Gesher series you will find original Hebrew literature in abridged and simplified language at an appropriate reading level. These unique, easy-to-read works offer partial vocalization at the initial levels, with lexical notes in English.
