Mondays 12-1pm on Zoom, Jan 4-March 29 This accessible yoga class combines curated breathing techniques to engender relaxation, gentle stretches and movements to awaken the body, and basic meditation methods to help focus the mind. No prior yoga experience or level of physical fitness necessary to participate. Most of our movements will take place on a chair, on the floor or lying down and can be modified to fit your specific needs. In addition to physical postures, this class will artfully explore Jewish wisdom, weaving Jewish concepts into our mindful movement series. Recommended for those 50+ This class will be led by Paige, an instructor with over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation to diverse students.
